The ex-stepfather of Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams is a big ol' douchebag.

The creep is selling personal items of Williams' on eBay.

Hayley took to her blog to write about it!

She says:

"ebay revenge.
so… i've decided to do this. it was only half thought out but i'm doin it anyways.

i saw that post someone made about the "handwritten book" on ebay. yes, it's mine. hahah. i don't remember being a sad child but i definitely loved horror films at a really young age. i guess that was reflected in this particular assignment. anyway, that's not exactly what i'm posting about. i'm actually posting about the seller of this item. it happens to be my ex-stepfather. who is… well… insane, hence the reason he is my EX-stepfather. so, while i can laugh at the fact that a bit of my past has surfaced, i have to admit i felt like throwin shit when i saw the username. to be honest, i'd love to post his full name. where he works. possibly a phone number??? then all of you could show him what it feels like when your personal life is out there for everyone to put their hands on. fortunately for him… living with him for 7 years wasn't quite enough to make me turn out just like him… or was it?
don't buy it. i'm gonna buy it. hahaha.

Hayley Williams has a lot on her plate these days. In addition to wrapping a co-headlining tour with Jimmy Eat World, she and her Paramore bandmates are gearing up for a long, hot summer on the festival circuit in the U.S. and Europe, followed by a late-year jaunt with Jack's Mannequin. And then, if all goes according to plan, perhaps the band will record a new album.

"Well, [guitarist] Josh [Farro] writes most of the music, so he has got tons of ideas coming on like crazy right now, and it's really inspiring and motivating me," Williams said backstage at "TRL." "So, I started writing to some of the ideas while we were on tour, and hopefully with some time off, I'll be able to focus and spend a lot of time on that. We're hoping to have a good 20 songs done by the time we get off the road, and we'll see where we go from there by the end of the year."

Do you have a rule against dating within the band?

Before we started touring I think it did come up once, like, “No one can date Hayley.” But it’s not something we really talk about. We’re just a group of friends who love each other. The evidence that dating within a band usually doesn’t work out is all around us. A lot of bands have had it happen — everyone from Rilo Kiley to No Doubt and Fleetwood Mac. It doesn’t work, so that’s not something that I’m trying to do.

Do the guys ever get jealous that you get so much attention?

Paramore's Hayley Williams on Guns, Girl Groups and Great Bands

Williams on Paramore's Tennessee Roots:
I don't know too much about guns. I want to get a little revolver, and the guys have shotguns, but all I know is that it's fun to be a little hillbilly sometimes. I mean, you grow up in the country and everyone's got a gun. Before I had one, I had a BB gun. My brother and I would just kind of go out in the woods and shoot leaves. Now we're just out there to shoot targets and relax. We go out in the country and shoot these little clay disks that you whip into the air — it looks kind of like you're throwing a Frisbee off a stick. It's a good time.

Williams on Female-Fronted Acts:
I always enjoy when I can tell that guys are in the crowd and enjoying the music — I know we're not the most testosterone-driven music out there right now, and it's a good feeling because I don't listen to a lot of music that girls like, so I get excited when guys appreciate our music. It's the same kind of feeling that you get when a band you love gives you a compliment and you can tell it's genuine.

I'm not really into female vocalists, at least not in our world right now. I don't think I would ever listen to our band...

Paramore cancels European Tour

Paramore has just cancelled - yes cancelled - the remainder of their European tour. Are they breaking up? Is Hayley Williams planning on going solo? Stay tuned!!!

"Hey guys,

As most of you already know, we have cancelled the rest of our UK/Europe RIOT Tour. First of all, we want to say we are so sorry for letting all of you down. We feel terrible about it and really didn’t expect for this to happen. It probably doesn’t sound like much but we just hate that we won’t get to play this show for those of you who had hoped to see it.

There are a lot of internal issues that have been going on in this band for quite a while now. A lot of it started right around the time we were gearing up for the RIOT Tour in the US. We were able to fight through all of it for this long but unfortunately we weren’t able to keep it together long enough to make it through ’til the end of this tour. We really feel that taking this time is going to give us a chance to get away and work out our personal issues at home and on our own terms. We just aren’t willing to risk the life of our band over one tour. That probably sounds terrible right now, to say that finishing a week of shows wasn’t worth it… but if we can use this next month wisely then we will be a lot healthier for the tours ahead. We hope that - even though it might be hard to understand - that you guys can support us at this time.

Maybe one day we will tell the whole story but for now, just know that all five of us are going to work so hard to get it right. You deserve that and we deserve to make this last as long as possible - and to enjoy every second of it. We love you guys so much. If you could pray for us or just keep us in your thoughts it would be really helpful. You guys have gotten us so far and been the best motivators since day one. We are so sorry for the trouble we caused you guys who bought tickets, fan club members and to all the promoters and venues that we won’t be there to put on a show for. We are extremely sorry to New Found Glory and all their fans who wanted to put on and see a show and who we’ve let down. And lastly, to Lost Alone.

An update:

the music our collisions make!

hello everyone…

since we posted the last entry, we’ve gotten tons of phone calls and people posting things on websites saying that we are breaking up. i just want to make it clear, though, that by posting two nights ago we weren’t saying the band was over. we posted because we are going through hard times and we felt that because we have a really good support system in you guys, our fans, it would be better for us to just be honest about what’s going on - even though, it was a pretty vague explanation. man, some of the rumors that i’ve heard going around are insane! it’s weird how out of hand things can get even when you just try to tell a simple truth. (for the record, my eggo is not preggo). anyway, we just need to take time to make this band the best it can be… and we are doing that now.

thank you for all the love and the encouragement you guys have shown. and WE WILL! be seeing you guys on the 27th of March in Orlando, FL.

Dakotah: So, how old is everyone?

Josh: I’m 18.

Hayley: I’m 17.

Dakotah: And how old are the rest of the members?

Josh: Hunter is 20, Jeremy is 21 and Zac’s 16.

Dakotah: Is Zac the drummer?

Josh: Yeah. He just turned 16.

Dakotah: Is this your first year on Warped Tour?

Josh: Yeah…no wait…

Hayley: it’s our second.

Josh: Yeah.

Dakotah: You guys were on last year?

Josh: Yeah.

Dakotah: When did you album come out?

Josh: July 26th of last year.

Dakotah: What bands do you both listen to, what’s in your ipod or cd player?

Hayley: Well, Underoath’s new record just came out so we’ve been listening to that a lot, it’s amazing. Let’s see….Mute Math we love, we always listen to the Chariot, that’ll never get old. Um, gosh I don’t know I can’t really think of anything. The Refused DVD…

Josh: Yeah… we’ve been listening to Family Force Five, we love them.

Hayley: Those guys are all cool.

Dakotah: What bands influenced you guys, what did you listen to growing up?

Hayley: When I was really young I listened to a lot of soul and funk music with my family and from there it kind of just went to like, my mom was really into pop and dance stuff because she was a dancer. She did ballet but she also did crazy jazz stuff so I was into that, and then my dad would listen to classic rock so I got a really wide variety of stuff growing up, but once I was old enough to make my own choices, I don’t know. I moved to Nashville and met Zac and Josh and they showed me to bands like Failure and Thursday, Sunny Day Real Estate, Deathcab, Those kinds of bands really…..um, that’s kind of why I am here.

Dakotah: What’s it like being on tour with a band like Thursday?

Josh: It’s amazing.

Hayley: Oh my gosh

Dakotah: Are they nice guys?

Hayley: Yeah. They are.

Josh: They’re awesome.

Dakotah: So, you grow up listening to them and now you’re on tour with them. Amazing.

Josh: Yeah. It’s so weird.

Dakotah: Okay, crunchy or creamy peanut butter?

Josh: Creamy

Hayley: Yes.

Dakotah: You guys like creamy? I like crunchy.

Hayley: Hunter likes crunchy.

Josh: It’s not like it tastes any different, but peanut butter and jelly is suppose to be smooth.

Dakotah: What kind of jelly? I like Raspberry jelly.

Josh: Strawberry.

Hayley: I kinda don’t really care, that much.

Josh: Strawberry’s the best. Strawberry is the best.

Hayley: Raspberry I think I would like.

Josh: I haven’t had raspberry, well I think I have…. But it’s been a while.

Hayley: There’s this omish community like 20 minutes out of Franklin where we live, and they make jelly’s and stuff and jams… Oh my gosh. They make the best friggin stuff. But I eat strawberry more.

Dakotah: So, how are you guys dealing with the Arizona heat?

Hayley: Not to good right now. We just got out into it and we’re already like baahh.

Josh: What’s the temperature? Do you guys know?

Dakotah: I think it’s about 115. I am from Los Angeles though.

Josh: 1 what?

Dakotah: 115.

Josh: Man.

Dakotah: I lived here for about 4 years, but I am from California.

Josh: California’s nice.

Dakotah: Yeah. You guys are going there the 7th, 11th and 12th right?

Hayley: Ventura, Fresno, San Diego. We don’t really now actually.

Dakotah: Are you guys on a tour bus, or are you flying to each state?

Josh: Yeah, we’re on a tour bus.

Hayley: Yeah

Dakotah: Do you hate it or….

Josh: No, we love it.

Hayley: You know what… some of my family came to visit, actually all of our family’s have visited us so far. But when we were in Atlanta my dad and my sister came up, and they brought the van because they had to bring a lot of merch…. And I sat in the van, and I miss it. I really do.

Dakotah: Oh yeah, you guys used to travel in a regular white van.

Hayley: Yeah, like a 12 passenger.

Dakotah: And now you have this huge tour bus, you don’t’ share it with anyone do you?

Hayley: No.

Dakotah: So you get it all to yourselves, that’s rad.

Josh: Yeah it’s so much fun.

Hayley: It’s very nice.

Josh: We like to have some fun times, we do some crazy stuff.

Hayley: Yeah, it gets pretty crazy. Yeah, well how crazy can a 12-year-old get?

Josh: If we shared a bus with anyone, they’d get so annoyed with us.

Hayley: Yeah, they’d hate us.

Dakotah: I think it’d be fun….. So what’s been the best crowd so far on the tour.

Josh: I can’t remember. Atlanta was awesome.

Hayley: Atlanta was great, and so was Minneapolis, that was awesome. Minneapolis was where the guys from Underoath were sitting at the Smart Punk Signing stage, and they were waving to us.

Josh: Oh, that was a good show.

Hayley: That was a great show.

Dakotah: Well… I’m going to be rocking out when you guys are on. I seriously sing to your songs so loud in my car. My sister hates me, I know all the words but I have the most terrible voice.

Josh: That’s alright.

Dakotah: I am sure you can tell, I have a hoarse voice as it is so… I just sing really loud.

Hayley: I have the lowest most manly voice in the world.

Dakotah: You’re kidding, you must be kidding. I’m terrible. But thanks you guys, I’ll be singing to every song.

Hayley: Thank you so much.

Dakotah: Well thanks for coming guys, it was nice to meet you.

Hayley: Thanks for doing this.

Dakotah: Oh yeah. Thank you.

Q: Let’s start from the beginning with quite possibly the most mundane question you get asked: where’s the name from?

Hayley: One of our friend’s mom’s maiden name was Paramore, and we really liked the way it sounded. We looked it up about a year later and found out that it means "secret lover" and "for love" which we thought was really cool and represented us well.
Q: How did you all meet?: Josh: Zac and I went to this one-day-a-week homeschool, which we met Hayley at. Hayley was at the time in another band. We met the others through friends.
Q: Why did you decide to let Hayley have the vocal reign?
